Intern, Institutional Sales

Summary: Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L) is seeking an Intern to join their Institutional Business Development Team based in Greenwich. The role involves supporting investment management professionals through data reconciliation, market research, and creating presentations, providing a valuable opportunity for learning and growth in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Perform data reconciliation, data entry, and auditing for US team reporting - Populate and maintain market and prospect/client data in our internal CRM (Salesforce) - Create presentations on behalf of our affiliates for external audiences - Assist in gathering data to support investor due diligence across multiple asset classes - Provide ad hoc support to a team of senior executives at a fast-growing global asset manager as needed Required Qualifications: - Students either in their third/fourth year of an undergraduate degree with a focus on Finance, Business Administration, and/or Economics - Ambitious students with a strong academic track record - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as in partnership with other team members, combined with a positive, can-do attitude - Strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to multi-task and work autonomously - Advanced knowledge of MS Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe Acrobat Preferred Qualifications: - Understanding capital markets and investment management is an asset Required Skills: Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Capital markets, Investment management
