Job Description
Summary: Community Bank, N.A. is dedicated to providing personalized financial services and products. They are seeking a Trust Investment Admin to compile and analyze asset lists, prepare reports for Trust Investment Committee meetings, and assist with investment reporting and account workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze the department's "Approved" asset lists
- Review major holdings to track unusual price changes, material news items, earnings estimates and reports
- Assist with the preparation of reports for all Trust Investment Committee meetings
- Prepare institutional performance review materials
- Assist with the calculation/generation of periodic investment reporting
- Track all department mutual fund position held on a "managed" basis, producing a formal quarterly report analyzing performance vs. peers and benchmarks
- Monitor issues including fund policy and management changes
- Assist Trust Investment staff with systematic mutual fund sales and purchases
- Provide Trust Investment staff with cash balance and fixed-income maturity reports
- Assist with the preparation of RFP, seminar and other presentation materials
- Interact with the Trust team on a daily basis to stay informed regarding any significant changes in client objectives or other matters requiring immediate attention
- Track and coordinate new account work flow progress
- Other related duties as assigned or directed
- Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures and internal controls, and meet all job-specific requirements in a timely fashion
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong math and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to analyze data to test for calculation errors
- Professional and friendly interpersonal and communication skills
- Clear thinking and ability to stay focused
- Attention to Detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to consistently demonstrate the Company's core values: a strong work ethic, integrity, respect for others, responsibility, transparency and humility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Math or related field preferred
- Prior customer service skills preferred
- 1-2 years' of office experience preferred
