Group Sales Intern

Summary: Comcast is a leading company in the entertainment industry, and they are seeking a Group Sales Intern to support the Flyers Group Sales Department and Xfinity Mobile Arena events. The intern will focus on delivering exceptional fan experiences by assisting in various promotional and organizational tasks. Responsibilities: - Assist in promoting all Xfinity Mobile Arena family shows and concerts to Xfinity Mobile Arena group customers - Assist in promoting and implementing the Xfinity Mobile Arena Tour Program - Participate in researching target markets, creating promotional materials, and developing and implementing Group Events show promotions - Assist in the handling existing group of core customers to include: Assisting clients in show selection, processing orders and mailing tickets - Assist in updating and maintaining department database - Assist in communication of event info to group clients (includes making calls, emails, etc.) - Support and assist Group Events Sales Reps in daily tasks and assignments - Assist in Game Night and Event Night activities as needed - Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned Required Qualifications: - College Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students - Applicant must be willing to get involved in projects with varying degrees of difficulty - Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word computer program required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must Preferred Qualifications: - Experience or interest in sales Important Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Sales Experience Nice-to-Have Skills: Professional Etiquette, Resilience Benefits: Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, Bonus, Best-in-class Benefits
