To learn more, please visit: www.colibrigroup.com Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative is a support role for students and instructors, reporting to the Operations Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as the main point of contact for our internal and external teams. This includes supporting daily facility needs, identifying and solving procedural issues with the Operations Manager, and delivering exceptional “white glove” customer service to create raving fans of our customers and students. Individuals in this role must be happy, patient, motivated, caring, and responsive. They are expected to be the face of the school and help create a positive, welcoming environment for everyone. This is a fully onsite position that requires schedule flexibility, including some evenings and weekends.
