IT Intern (MS 365 & Cloud Support)

Summary: Cloudify Fast Solutions is looking for a motivated IT Intern interested in gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and cloud services. The intern will assist with Microsoft 365 administration, user onboarding, troubleshooting, and support IT operations while working closely with senior IT professionals. Responsibilities: - Assist with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) - Support user onboarding and offboarding tasks - Help troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office issues - Assist with laptop setup, imaging, and deployments - Support Microsoft Intune and mobile device management tasks - Help manage and respond to IT support tickets - Maintain IT documentation and inventory records - Assist with cybersecurity and compliance-related tasks - Participate in cloud and infrastructure projects - Provide friendly and professional end-user support Required Qualifications: - Motivated IT Intern interested in gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, cloud services, endpoint management, and IT support operations - Assist with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) - Support user onboarding and offboarding tasks - Help troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office issues - Assist with laptop setup, imaging, and deployments - Support Microsoft Intune and mobile device management tasks - Help manage and respond to IT support tickets - Maintain IT documentation and inventory records - Assist with cybersecurity and compliance-related tasks - Participate in cloud and infrastructure projects - Provide friendly and professional end-user support Preferred Qualifications: - Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 products - Familiarity with Windows operating systems - Interest in cloud technologies and cybersecurity - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to learn quickly and work independently - Pursuing or recently completed a degree/certification in IT, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science - Basic networking knowledge is a plus - Familiarity with Intune, Entra ID, or Active Directory is a bonus, but not required Required Skills: Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Laptop imaging and deployment, Microsoft Intune, Mobile device management, Cybersecurity, IT support ticket management, IT documentation, Active Directory, Basic networking Benefits: Flexible hours for students or entry-level candidates, Growth opportunity based on performance
