Job Description
Summary: Clean Scapes is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day technology operations. The role focuses on vendor coordination, cost control, mobile device management, and ensuring smooth internal support across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Vendor & Contract Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for IT vendors, software providers, and mobility carriers. Track contracts, renewals, and ensure follow-through on issues and service requests
- Project Ownership: Own and drive small-to-mid sized IT initiatives from start to finish—coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring execution stays on track
- Billing, Invoicing & Budget Support: Review and audit invoices for accuracy, track recurring costs, and support budgeting efforts. Help identify savings opportunities and keep spend organized and intentional
- Mobile Device & Asset Management: Own the lifecycle of company devices (phones, tablets, hotspots)—including setup, deployment, inventory tracking, upgrades, and decommissioning. Manage carrier accounts and troubleshoot billing or usage issues
- User Setup & Access: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding—ensuring employees have the right tools, access, and systems from day one. Maintain clean records of user access and system permissions
- Field Technology Support: Help manage platforms like Samsara, including device setup, user access, and coordination with field teams
- Internal Support: Act as the go-to for basic tech issues (phones, laptops), coordinating with vendors to resolve quickly and effectively
- Process & Documentation: Build and maintain clear, organized documentation of systems, workflows, and processes
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Track internal feedback on tools and systems, helping surface trends and opportunities to improve how the team operates
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in IT coordination, vendor management, procurement, or technology operations
- Exposure to invoice review, expense tracking, or budget support
- Familiarity with mobile devices, wireless carriers, or device lifecycle management
- Strong organization and attention to detail—you can manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball
- Clear communication skills and a willingness to follow through
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-moving, operational environment
- General tech-savviness with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills—you can work effectively with vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders
