Customer Service Representative

Summary: Western Pest Services is a premier provider of pest control solutions. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate schedules, resolve customer issues, and communicate with field operations. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients - Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments - Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts - Manage administrative requests and tasks - Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner - Deliver accurate service and sales information - Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications - Respond to leads and referrals - Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines - Assist in scheduling of service routes - Produce accurate and timely reports - Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory - Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed - Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy Required Qualifications: - High school degree or equivalent - Must be 18 years of age - Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-task - Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency - Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication - Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment - Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers Required Skills: Customer service principles, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook Benefits: Comprehensive benefit package: medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, stock purchase, tuition reimbursement, and more!, Paid Time Off (Holiday/Vacation/Sick), Award-winning Company Paid Training!, Opportunities for Growth, Development, and Advancement, Awards and recognition
