Summary: Clark Nuber is a distinguished public accounting and consulting firm with over 70 years of experience serving clients in the Pacific Northwest and globally. As a Tax intern, you'll assist clients in evaluating tax implications, conducting research, and preparing various tax returns and documents, while gaining valuable insights and mentorship throughout your internship. Responsibilities: - Assist clients to evaluate the tax implications, aiming to minimize tax burdens and achieve their goals - Contribute to strategic tax planning efforts by investigating tax statutes and preparing a variety of tax returns and documents for both businesses and individuals - Partner with tax professionals, conduct thorough research and analysis, and refine advisory abilities to convert insights into practical recommendations Required Qualifications: - Planning to pursue the CPA license upon graduation - Strong communication skills, both written and oral - Diversity of activities and interests - Desire to be continually challenged - Ability to think creatively to bring solutions to clients - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: - Accounting majors are preferred, although other majors will be considered Required Skills: CPA license pursuit Important Skills: Accounting knowledge Nice-to-Have Skills: Research, analysis, Creative thinking Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
