Job Description
Summary: CJ Logistics America is a leading provider of integrated logistics services, and they are seeking recent graduates for their SCIL Leadership Development Program. This program offers hands-on training in warehouse management and prepares participants for key leadership roles in logistics and distribution operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of frontline employees
- Learn Warehouse Management, including safety performance, dock management, equipment management, yard management, and loss prevention
- Learn Inventory & Quality Control, including aisle audits, cycle counts, quality hold processes, and how to research an OS&D issue
- Learn Customer Service, including order processing, tracking, and confirming shipments
Required Qualifications:
- Recent Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (Graduates from August 2025 to May 2026)
- Recently graduated military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Proven leadership skills and a drive to excel in a high-energy environment
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Relevant work or internship experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Willingness to lead by example, engaging in daily pre-shift meetings and team collaborations
- Ability to accommodate various shift schedules
- Must have the flexibility to relocate and travel—your career could take you anywhere!
