Intern - Wellness

Summary: The City of Fort Collins is seeking a Wellness Program Intern to assist with the implementation of City-wide wellness programming. The intern will engage in program development, conduct needs assessments, and help maintain wellness communication tools. Responsibilities: - Assist with program marketing - Plan and implement a multi-week incentive program - Assist with planning and conducting large wellness events - Work with City departments on their wellness needs - Maintain the Wellness website - Conduct fitness room orientations and stretch sessions Required Qualifications: - Completed Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science or equivalent experience - Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of diverse identities, perspectives, and cultural backgrounds - Strong learning orientation.
