What you'll be doing
The Enterprise Programs team at CIBC is dedicated to managing and coordinating large-scale initiatives that drive organizational success. As a Co-op Student, you'll play an important role in supporting the governance, monitoring, and delivery of enterprise programs. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and team members to contribute to a variety of business management and operational activities. Your responsibilities will include preparing presentations and reports, coordinating meetings and communications, maintaining documentation, and assisting with data collection and reporting. This role offers valuable exposure to enterprise program management within a leading financial institution and provides opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
How you'll succeed
Program Coordination and Support – Assist with the management and coordination of enterprise initiatives, including organizing meetings, schedules, and team communications.
Documentation Management – Organize and maintain project and program documentation to ensure information is accessible and up-to-date.
Reporting and Presentation Preparation – Support the preparation of departmental reports, executive presentations, and status updates for senior leaders.
Data Collection and Validation – Participate in data collection, validation, and reporting activities to support business decisions.
Business Operations Support – Contribute to business management and operational processes within the Enterprise Programs team.
Collaboration and Engagement – Participate in team meetings, events, and collaborative activities to enhance your learning and support team goals.
