Job Description
Summary: Choice Home Warranty is the 2nd largest home warranty company in the nation and is experiencing significant growth. The Sales Representative will be responsible for closing sales on warm leads regarding home warranty policies, with no cold calling involved, and will work onsite in Edison, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our home warranty policy
- Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions
- Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations
- Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture
- Ability to learn the product suite quickly
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ Years of experience and success in sales and building rapport
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients
- Ability to close deals and upsell policy
- Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines
- Strong phone presence
