Utilities Clerk - # 24 La Puente

Summary: Chedraui USA is a company with a rich history in providing exceptional grocery services. They are seeking a Utilities Clerk to assist in the maintenance of the store, particularly in the Produce Department, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities: - Assist in the proper maintenance of the store, particularly in the Produce Department and assist customers on the store floor as needed - Properly bag groceries for customers when needed - Carry out groceries for customers if requested - Responsible for the store maintenance to ensure the store is clean and safe at all times - Maintain and retrieve store carts, run price checks, assist with go-backs, assist with check stand upkeep, and remove waste from the parking area Required Qualifications: - Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos - Write simple correspondence - Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization - Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions - Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds Preferred Qualifications: - Basic PC/Outlook skills - Retail Management Certificate Required Skills: Reading comprehension, Writing simple correspondence, Basic PC skills, Microsoft Outlook, Retail management, Common sense understanding Benefits: 401(k) Retirement Benefit, Continuing Education Benefits, And Much More!
