Summary: Chedraui USA operates El Super, a supermarket that has been serving diverse communities for over 25 years. They are seeking a Crew Member to provide excellent customer service, assist customers, and maintain store operations including stocking and cleaning. Responsibilities: - Providing premier customer service, greeting and responding to questions - Assisting customers at the registers - Working varies departments of the store - Ensuring product is rotated, within date, and properly displayed on shelves according to the appropriate planogram - Unloading product from trucks and organizing stock room - Assisting within replenishing of all departments - Cleaning cases, filling shelves, mopping and sweeping the sales floor, stock room and dairy coolers - Operating back-room equipment, pallet jack, baler, compactor and scrub machine - Assisting in other duties, as assigned Required Qualifications: - Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos - Write simple correspondence - Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization - Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions - Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds - Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods of times - Demonstrated customer service skills and follow procedures - Ability to interact with customers and coworkers - Ability to understand and follow directions - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Communication- written and oral skills Preferred Qualifications: - Basic PC/Outlook skills - Retail Management Certificate - Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Required Skills: Basic PC Skills, Outlook, Cash Register Operation, Retail Management, Customer Service, Resolution, Multitask Benefits: 401(k) Retirement Benefit, Continuing Education Benefits, And Much More!
