Job Description

The role of Financial Services Representative involves providing personalized client support, ensuring positive experiences, and guiding clients toward their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls, listening actively, and taking ownership to deliver personalized support
- Each interaction is an opportunity to create an exceptional experience through clear, empathetic communication, proactive education, and thoughtful solutions
Required Qualifications:

- After training is complete, the ability to work assigned shift to accommodate business needs to include evening, overnight, and weekend options
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or client relationship experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
