Management Analyst I FBI ERF/REU (Top Secret Required)

Summary: CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst I to support FBI/REU in Quantico, VA. The role involves processing and maintaining records for radio equipment requests and circuit installations while coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient operation and support. Responsibilities: - Prepare orders for FBI, DEA, ATF, USMS, Park Police, Washington State Police (WSP) and PG Game Commission, coordinating with Telecommunications Managers (TMs) and Electronics Technicians (ETs) on order information - Order additional services for circuits; demark extensions, site survey, site requirements and special construction - Revise orders as needed for Service Enabling Devices (SEDs), address issues, POC, service type, etc - Submit and track pricing requests on new addresses - Track orders updating the Field Office circuit tracker spreadsheets daily for each Field Office - Upon order completion of orders, enter circuit identification information into the SLMR database - Track, retrieve, or request missing information from vendors - File Management, Maintain thousands of circuit records - Maintain all direct circuit bills. Tracking payments in the SLMR Database - Research and request missing Direct Bill invoices for past due amounts - Manage circuit trouble tickets. Capture site outage instances.
