Accountant

The Accountant role in the Large Power Systems Division involves managing direct inventory, standard cost analysis, and supporting audits, while also providing analytical insights for the leadership team. Responsibilities: - Direct Inventory – IRA/IDA support, inventory transaction analysis and issue resolution - Direct Standard Cost Analysis - Analysis and verification of Manual invoicing and Supplier Charges - Analysis and completion of Tax Surveys - Closing Direct inventory entries, Trial balance and Reconciliations - Globals and General Ledger support for Lafayette - Audits – Internal and External Analysis and Reporting - Ad Hoc Projects Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree within Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience - Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
