Sales & Finance Assistant

Summary: CarShop is a part of the Penske Automotive Group, a Fortune 500 company that values customer and employee satisfaction. They are seeking a Sales & Finance Assistant to coordinate with the Sales Department, manage vehicle deliveries, and assist customers with sales transactions. Responsibilities: - The successful candidate will coordinate with the Sales Department to prioritize and manage the delivery of sold vehicles each day - He/She will gain familiarity with all processes and paperwork necessary to complete a vehicle sales transaction - The Sales & Finance Assistant must be able to explain delivery paperwork to customers and is to answer all questions from them including the availability, cost, and benefit of aftermarket products - The successful candidate will introduce customers to the services provided by our Service Department and go over the operational features of the vehicle that is being delivered Required Qualifications: - Outgoing personality - Steady and constant performance under pressure - Commitment to team success and team building - Organized and efficient - Strong ability to multi-task - Exemplifies integrity - Strives for self-improvement - Open-minded, 'can-do' attitude - Some customer service experience - Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and drug testing - Hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history Required Skills: Customer service experience, Outgoing, Steady, constant under pressure, Commitment to team success, Efficient, multi-task, Self-improvement mindset, Open-minded attitude Benefits: 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance
