Sales Consultant - Full Time

Summary: CarMax is the nation’s largest retailer of used cars, driven by the desire to provide an iconic customer experience. As a Sales Consultant, you will assist customers in finding vehicles that meet their needs and guide them through the purchasing process while ensuring smooth transactions. Responsibilities: - Use your knowledge of CarMax inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs - Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications - Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers Required Qualifications: - Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail - Good listening skills - Strong customer focus - High level of self-motivation Required Skills: Sales, Customer service, Listening Benefits: Paid sick, vacation, and holiday time, Up to 48 hours of sick time per year accrued on a per pay period basis, Between 80 hours and 200 hours per year of vacation time after a 90 day waiting period depending on years of continuous service with the Company, 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday, Holiday Premium Pay
