Full Time Branch Ambassador - Northern Va (Loudoun/Fairfax/Prince William)

Summary: Capital One is redefining how people bank, and they are seeking a Branch Ambassador to enhance the customer banking experience. The role involves performing transactions, resolving customer inquiries, and educating customers about banking products and services while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Responsibilities: - Use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers’ banking experience - Perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures - Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience - Support customers in all areas of the branch, from the cash handling and service needs, to rotating throughout the branch based on the customer needs - Research and answer customer inquiries with the intent of enhancing customer retention and engagement by leverage various tools and channels to recommend appropriate solutions - Travel between branches in assigned local area and support the market that you are assigned Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification - At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience - At least 6 months of cash handling experience Preferred Qualifications: - Associate's degree - 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience Required Skills: Cash Handling, Retail Sales, Customer Service, Fraud Mitigation, Compliance with Banking Regulations, Digital Literacy, Product Knowledge in Banking, Customer Engagement, Curiosity Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being
