Full Time Branch Ambassador - Baton Rouge Area

Summary: Capital One is redefining how people bank with a focus on customer experience. As a Branch Ambassador, you will engage with customers, perform transactions, and support their financial needs while ensuring compliance with banking policies. Responsibilities: - Use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers’ banking experience - Perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures - Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience - Support customers in all areas of the branch, from the cash handling and service needs, to rotating throughout the branch based on the customer needs - Research and answer customer inquiries with the intent of enhancing customer retention and engagement by leveraging various tools and channels to recommend appropriate solutions - Educate customers on other banking channels as well as other products and services - Travel between branches in assigned local area and support the market that you are assigned Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification - At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience - At least 6 months of cash handling experience Preferred Qualifications: - Associate's degree - 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience Required Skills: Cash Handling, Retail Sales, Customer Service, Fraud Mitigation, Compliance with Banking Policies, Federal Regulations, Digital Literacy, Product Knowledge in Banking, Customer Engagement, Curiosity Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being
