Job Description
Summary: Capita is a company dedicated to supporting communities, and they are seeking a Television Licence Field Officer. In this role, you will help customers understand TV licence requirements and guide them toward suitable solutions while enjoying flexible work hours and various benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Visit addresses with no TV licence, explain options, manage payment plans, record details, and occasionally attend court. You’ll be supported by a network of colleagues and given all equipment required
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communicator
- Mobile
- Hold a full UK driving licence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer facing roles
