Job Description
Summary: Cape Environmental Management Inc is a company that specializes in environmental remediation solutions. They are seeking a Property Coordinator who will act as a communication liaison between residents, field teams, and the EPA, managing scheduling and communications for remediation efforts at various properties.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary communication liaison between residents, field teams, EPA, and project management
- Engage proactively, communicate with property owners in a positive and attentive manner
- Maintain detailed note-taking capabilities and thorough documentation skills including photos and videos
- Schedule property owner meetings, remediations, and property completion meetings
- Balance multiple properties and deadlines while managing time effectively
- Track documentation and compliance requirements with attention to detail
- Manage multiple property remediation events simultaneously without losing accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office, Power Point, MS Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Communication (verbal & written) – explaining processes clearly, managing expectations, and handling concerns
- Customer Service Orientation – empathetic, patient, and responsive to homeowner needs
- Conflict Resolution – handling complaints, delays, or sensitive situations calmly
- Relationship Building – creating trust with the EPA, homeowners, and subcontractors
- Project Coordination – scheduling property owner meetings, remediations, and property completion meetings
- Time Management – balancing multiple properties and deadlines
- Attention to Detail – tracking documentation, and compliance requirements
- Multitasking – managing multiple property remediation events simultaneously without losing accuracy
- Outgoing / Approachable Personality – comfortable engaging with homeowners regularly
- Adaptability – handling changing schedules, weather delays, or unexpected issues
