Job Description
The Manager, Corporate Communications oversees all aspects of CTC’s internal communications operations. You’ll balance creative ambition with operational discipline, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget — while leading a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do
Manage an enterprise employee communications portfolio to build understanding,alignmentand engagement across CTC—connecting teams to strategy,prioritiesand culture.
Lead and develop asmallteam of communications professionals, building capability and delivering high-quality, integrated employee communications in partnership with internal stakeholders across the enterprise.
Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to shape messaging, channel strategy and change communications that drive clarity,alignmentand adoption.
Act as a strategic communications advisor to senior leaders, andestablishcommunications governance (editorial standards,alignmentand approvals) to ensure consistency across leaders,functionsand enterprise moments.
Drive employee communications for enterprise transformation and major initiatives, building awareness, understanding and sustained behaviour change across the organization.
Plan and deliver communication strategies for key moments (e.g., enterprise initiatives and events)—definingobjectives, audiences, messaging,channelsand cadence—and manage enterprise narrative flow and prioritization to reduce noise.
Develop and execute enterprise communication plans and campaigns that improve clarity and strengthen engagement (e.g., enterprise updates, strategy rollouts, culture moments).
Craft clear, engaging content for internal audiences, including executive messages, employee stories, scripts,FAQsand presentations.
Support internal communications during issues or sensitive situations, ensuring employees receivetimely,accurateand aligned updates in coordination with enterprise response strategies.
Collaborate closely within Corporate Communications (external communications, corporate events, content and channels, and film/production) to deliver aligned, high-quality storytelling and enterprise moments.
Define and measure communication effectiveness using data and feedback (e.g., engagement, sentiment, adoption), linking insights to business outcomes and continuously improving strategies.
Leverage digital tools and AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., Copilot) to enhance content development,efficiencyand personalization of communications.

What You’ll Bring
10 years of progressive experience in communications, withsignificant experiencein employee and/or enterprise communications.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience tailoring messages for different internal audiences.
Post-secondary education in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, orarelated degree/diploma
Demonstrated experience building integrated internal communication plans, including channel strategy, messagingframeworksand leader communication toolkits.
Proven ability to manage and coach team members and/or agency partners to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.
Track recordsupporting change communications and transformation initiatives, including adoption messaging, readinesscommunicationsand reinforcement plans.
Excellent spoken and interpersonal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to balance multiple priorities, prioritize and deliver communications on time in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Strong relationship builder who can partner effectively across functions and levels and respond quickly to shifting business priorities.
Leadership through accountability—drives outcomes, follows through and holds a high standard.
Demonstratedtrack recordpartnering with senior leaders and executive offices to deliver clear, aligned enterprise messaging and coordinating across communications functions to execute.

Our typical hiring range is between $79,000.00 and $131,000.00 CAD Annual. The target salary range is between $100,000.00 and $120,000.00 CAD Annual. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
