The Specialist serves as a key contributor in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through data-driven, personalized marketing communications.
In this role you will...
- Manage the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, including setup, QA, and deployment across email, SMS, and push channels.
- Partner with Creative, Brand, and Retail Marketing teams to ensure all assets and copy meet brand standards and are delivered on schedule.
- Manage and maintain the CRM calendar, prioritize incoming campaign requests, and use Asana to coordinate timelines and communicate dependencies.
- Build, test, and deploy campaigns within Alpine IQ, ensuring all content, targeting, and links function correctly prior to launch.
- Maintain and optimize lifecycle journeys, including welcome, winback, loyalty, and retention flows.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, producing actionable insights to improve conversion, retention, and engagement metrics.
- Develop standardized campaign reporting and performance dashboards in partnership with Analytics.
- Document campaign setup processes and maintain accurate version control of templates and workflows.
- Collaborate with the CRM Senior Manager and Director to align execution priorities with overall CRM strategy and promotional calendar.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify new CRM opportunities that enhance the customer experience and drive incremental revenue.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM, email, or digital marketing, preferably in retail, CPG, or a regulated industry.
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Alpine IQ preferred; Klaviyo, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar acceptable).
- Familiarity with performance reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI preferred).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive and analytical mindset.
Our mission is to share our love of cannabis with the world. If you are interested in being part of our journey, we’d love to hear from you!
