Job Description
Summary: C-Level Partners (CLP) is a company focused on helping clients dominate their market by delivering qualified meetings with decision-makers. They are seeking a Business Development Partner (BDP) who will be responsible for booking high-quality sales meetings with C-level and VP-level targets and supporting senior Sales Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Researching & identifying high-value B2B prospects
- Setting qualified meetings with C-level and VP-level targets
- Cold calling (lots of it — we’re proud of that)
- Managing outreach and scheduling in Salesforce
- Supporting Sales Executives with real-time updates and insight
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years inside sales experience
- 1+ year of cold calling experience
- Excellent communicator (phone + video)
- Proven ability to hit and exceed goals
- High energy, hunter mentality
- Self-motivated and solutions-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French)
