Technical Sourcer - Seed - Seattle (Third-Party Associate)

They are seeking a Technical Sourcer to manage sourcing strategies for key technical talent and collaborate with recruiters to improve the hiring process. Responsibilities: - Manage the sourcing strategy for key technical talent - Source candidates through online channels (job boards, internal databases, forums, local social platforms, and professional networks across your assigned region) - Develop a pool of qualified candidates, developing new channels of sourcing for our various locations - Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency - Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques) - Conduct market and talent mapping to identify and assess strategic talent pools for current and future hiring needs Required Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment) - Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks - Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write professional market mapping reports - Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Github, other social media, or technical forums - Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, often working across global time zones Required Skills: Candidate sourcing, LinkedIn, GitHub, Social media sourcing, Market mapping, Talent mapping
