The BBH Dublin office currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources professional to join our growing HR team. You will work alongside the Senior Human Resources Manager in our Dublin office supporting the business both locally and globally. This role will initially be for a 12 month fixed term.
Responsibilities will include:
Assist the Ireland HR Lead in the execution of initiatives and projects
Identify and develop employee engagement programmes
Collaborate with colleagues in our HR Centres of Expertise to coordinate and oversee a broad range of people processes to underpin our overall talent strategy
Develop strong business relationships to become a trusted advisor on all people related topics and issues
Analyse internal and external data for trends and patterns to help inform business decisions and support talent programmes
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience; CIPD member preferred
A minimum of 2 years relevant Human Resources experience; preferably in the financial services industry
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
