Summary: Broe Real Estate Group is offering a Paid Internship Program designed to provide students and early-career professionals with hands-on experience in a professional work environment. Interns will work on real projects, gain exposure to business operations, and develop practical skills aligned with their career interests. Responsibilities: - Prepare market comp analysis for both commercial and multifamily portfolios - Evaluate market rent and concession packages across Denver market - Conduct market research, touring properties and demographic studies - Assist with reforecast and budgeting initiatives - Participate in acquisition reviews and underwriting Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, an accredited undergraduate or graduate program - Strong interest in gaining practical experience in a professional setting - Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); additional tools may be role-specific - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Must be legally authorized to work in the applicable country without sponsorship - Must meet minimum age and employment eligibility requirements - Availability for the full internship duration, unless otherwise approved Required Skills: Microsoft Office, work collaboratively
