Role Overview
Broadridge is seeking aPremier Account Leader and Regional Leader for Account Specialists in APACto manage a portfolio of strategically important Asia-headquartered clients and lead the regional Account Specialist team across APAC.The successful candidatewill build new value for clients and Broadridge by understanding strategic opportunities and account direction, establishing account-based goals across sales, retention, and renewals, proactively engaging clients, leading regular core team meetings, and serving as the primary pointof contactfor senior leadership and partners. This role is focused on building enterprise-wide client relationships that drive coordinated planning and execution, improve revenue retention and renewals, increase new sales potential, and support a consistent client experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead assigned Premier Accounts byidentifying enterprise-wide opportunities, aligning Broadridge resources to client needs, driving account retention, and originating large pipeline opportunities across products, services, and strategic solutions.
Develop and maintainholistic strategic account plansfor key accounts, including annual account goals and a clear view of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, while ensuring alignment with Broadridge and product strategy.
Build, expand, and sustainsenior executive and C-level relationshipsacross client organizations, both horizontally and vertically, to increase revenue opportunities, influence decision-making, and strengthen Broadridge’s position within the account.
Serve as theprimary senior point of contactfor client leadership, internal senior management, and partners by providing updates on key initiatives and developments, communicating Broadridge’s strategy, and advocating for client needs outside day-to-day service issues.
Coordinate effectively across internal stakeholders includingAccount Specialists, Market Segment Sales Leaders, Product Specialists, Executive Management, and North America-based Premier Account Leadersto support renewals, origination, pipeline growth, teamwork, and coordinated sales activity through regular core team meetings.
Lead theday-to-day management and development of the APAC Account Specialist team, promote team activity to senior business stakeholders, foster stronger client relationships across functions such as Operations, IT, Compliance, and Risk, personally cultivate higher-level relationships in agreed key accounts, and support talent development across the organization.
Oversee revenue retention and growth activities includingcontract renewals, negotiation of new services, invoicing, price increases, upselling origination and handoff, and year-over-year professional services growth, while supporting shared responsibility for Asia client revenue goals.
Drive aconsistent client experience and operating cadencethrough Quarterly Business Reviews, account health monitoring across service, technology, and product development, monthly reporting, client and market intelligence sharing, escalation management, participation in annual client satisfaction surveys, and action planning with regional and global account management teams.
Your Profile
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in Capital Markets, ideally including Securities Services, Asset Management, FinTech, and executive account management.
Demonstrated success delivering results against revenue, retention, renewal, or quota-based goals.
Ability to build, navigate, and sustain senior-level relationships within complex, matrixed organizations, both internally and externally.
Outstanding communication, presentation, facilitation, problem-solving, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage effectively across cultures and business styles.
Strong leadership, collaboration, mentoring, analytical, and organizational capabilities, with a self-motivated approach and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while developing talent and exceeding visible goals.
Ability to travel globally as needed to represent Broadridge with Asia ex-Japan headquartered banks and clients, particularly in Europe and North America; preferred location is Singapore or Hong Kong, with Australia also considered.
