Job Description
Summary: Broadridge is a company focused on empowering individuals to achieve more, and they are looking for a High-Speed Insert Operator for their El Dorado Hills facility. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring high-speed inserting equipment to produce and assemble client output while ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in carrying out the task

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exposure to working knowledge of inserting equipment or running high-speed manufacturing equipment
- Strong mechanical skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Time Management: Uses time efficiently; works at a pace to get things done within an appropriate timeframe; meets deadlines
- Verbal Communication: Demonstrates ability to speak and understand the English language. Effectively discusses ideas in a clear, succinct, organized manner; correctly uses words and sentences; gets the message across.
