Summary: Brightway Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Experienced Insurance Agent in their Rockledge, FL office. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, analyze insurance needs, and recommend suitable insurance policies to clients. Responsibilities: - Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations - Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients - Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork - Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies - Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies Required Qualifications: - Hold an active 2-20, 20-44 or 4-40 FL Insurance License - 1-2 years Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Experience - Ability to work in the office Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm EST - Must be 18 years old - High School Diploma - Proven experience in sales administration, retail sales or people facing roles - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Must be fluent in English - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Preferred Qualifications: - Bilingual-Spanish is a plus Required Skills: Florida Insurance License 2-20, Florida Insurance License 20-44, Florida Insurance License, Florida Insurance License 4-40, Property, Casualty Insurance Sales, Insurance Needs Analysis, Insurance Policy Recommendation, Sales Administration, Retail Sales, Data Analysis, English Language Benefits: Comprehensive, paid training program provided, Health, Dental and Vision insurance coverage options available, Retirement savings plan with employer match, Paid time off for vacation and personal days
