Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Advisor (TAA) is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting support across assigned regions within US Convenience. This role partners closely with Operations leaders and hiring managers to deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to established processes.
Key Responsibilities
Implement full-cycle recruiting activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.
Partner with Regional Managers and site leadership to align hiring strategies with workforce needs and business priorities.
Evaluate candidates against role requirements, providing clear recommendations and influencing selection decisions.
Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
Maintain accurate and timely updates in recruiting systems, trackers, and reporting tools.
Use recruiting metrics and performance data to monitor progress against defined targets, identify gaps, and drive improved hiring outcomes and achievement of annual goals.
Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, including documentation and record retention standards.
Identify and escalate risks, including aging requisitions, pipeline gaps, and compliance concerns.
Manage offer processes, including negotiation and closing.
Contribute to talent strategy initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
Deliver a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience.
Support additional activities and initiatives as needed to meet evolving business and team priorities, consistent with the scope of the role.
Operational Expectations
Manage a high-volume requisition workload across multiple regions while maintaining quality and speed.
Demonstrate strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Ensure data integrity to support reporting, analytics, and business insights.
Leverage recruiting technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and candidate engagement.
Continuously assess and improve processes and workflows in alignment with agility practices.
Partnership & Communication
Serve as a trusted advisor to collaborators, providing market insights and recruitment guidance.
Communicate proactively and optimally with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
Influence collaborators to align on hiring decisions and recruitment strategies.
Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across the team.
Compliance, Safety & Risk Management
Adhere to all regulatory, company, and audit requirements, including documentation and record retention.
Promote both physical and psychological safety throughout the hiring process, ensuring respectful and inclusive interactions.
Champion Diversity and Inclusion principles in all recruiting practices.
Identify and address risks related to compliance, candidate handling, and hiring practices.
Continuous Improvement & Market Awareness
Stay current on industry trends, labor markets, and competitive intelligence across supported regions.
Actively seek new sourcing strategies, tools, and techniques to enhance recruiting effectiveness.
Maintain intellectual curiosity and continuously build knowledge of talent acquisition guidelines.
Measure outcomes and use data insights to drive continuous improvement
Contribute to broader talent acquisition strategy, projects, and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications
Experience in full-cycle talent acquisition in a high-volume or multi-location environment.
Strong communication, influencing, and partner management skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and measure recruiting effectiveness.
Experience with sourcing strategies, market research, and talent insights.
Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and documentation requirements.
Familiarity with recruiting technologies and AI-enabled tools.
