About the role
Responsible for the development and management of key strategic distributor partnerships and customers. We are seeking a dynamic Energy Sales Manager to lead and expand our lubricants business within the Energy, Oil & Gas, Power Generation and related sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong B2B sales expertise, deep understanding of the Oil & Gas market, global industry dynamics, and customer-focused commercial skills.
A technical background in engineering or lubricants is considered an advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving profitable sales across key accounts and new business channels.
What you will deliver
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow lubricant business within Energy, Oil & Gas, Power Generation and related sectors.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining positive relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, negotiations, tender participation, contract management, and after-sales support.
Build long-term partnerships with EPC contractors, OEMs, distributors, energy operators, and industrial customers.
Supervise global and regional Oil & Gas market trends, energy sector developments, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
Collaborate closely with technical, supply chain, and marketing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Provide technical-commercial support and recommend lubricant solutions based on customer operational requirements.
Achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and business growth indicators.
Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis reports, and strategic business plans.
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and ethical business practices.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
What you will need to be successful
Minimum bachelor’s degree or tertiary business qualification with equivalent experience.
Proven ability in B2B sales within lubricants, Oil & Gas, energy, industrial, or related sectors.
Proven track record in business development and key account management.
Strong understanding of global energy markets, Oil & Gas industry trends, and lubricant applications.
Experience working with multinational customers, distributors, or industrial accounts is preferred.
Strong commercial negotiation and relationship leadership skills.
Understanding of industrial lubrication, rotating equipment, engines, turbines, compressors, or related applications is helpful.
Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
English and Turkish proficiency required, Russian considered as an advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer focused and commercially driven attitude
Critical thinking with analytical capabilities
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Ability to travel frequently within the region
High level of professionalism and integrity
Experience in international lubricant brands or energy companies
Existing network within Oil & Gas or industrial sectors
Knowledge of OEM approvals and lubricant technical standards
Experience in tender management and contract negotiations
