Job Description
Summary: Boston Express Inc is currently seeking applicants for a position on their team of Ticket Agents/Customer Service Representatives. The role involves making travelers feel comfortable, completing transactions using ticketing computers, and performing light cleaning duties at the Nashua NH terminal.
Responsibilities:
- Making all of our callers and travelers feel comfortable and appreciated
- Swiftly and correctly completing transactions with our Windows-based ticketing computers
- Performing light cleaning duties between bus schedules to keep our Nashua NH terminal sparkling
- Answering informational calls and directing passengers
- Selling tickets and handling cash drawer
Required Qualifications:
- Computer literate with keyboarding skills
- Personable, friendly, and outgoing
- Ability to multitask when terminal is busy
- Able to answer informational calls and direct passengers
- Sell tickets and handle cash drawer
- Possess strong problem solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Enjoys helping people, with patience to answer questions
- Team player
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual language skills is a plus
