About the Role
About the Role
The Commercial Programs Operations Specialist is a key member of the Commercial Programs Team, responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous optimization of Salesloft and the broader sales technology ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy and operational execution — ensuring that cadences are built and maintained to the highest standard, that integrations run reliably, and that program performance data drives actionable insight.
Reporting into the Commercial Strategy and Execution Director, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations stakeholders to translate commercial priorities into scalable, high-performing programs within our sales engagement platform.
Key Responsibilities
Salesloft Platform Management
Own the end-to-end administration of SalesLoft, including user provisioning, settings configuration, and platform governance.
Upload, build, and maintain sales cadences in alignment with go-to-market priorities and Commercial Programs campaign calendars.
Ensure cadence content is current, accurate, and consistently formatted across the team.
Manage cadence libraries, templates, and tagging conventions to support clean organization and easy discoverability.
Cadence Performance & Reporting
Monitor and analyze cadence performance metrics including open rates, reply rates, step completion rates, and conversion outcomes.
Build and maintain dashboards and regular reporting cadences that surface actionable insights to Sales Ops and Commercial Programs leadership.
Identify underperforming cadences and work with stakeholders to test, iterate, and optimize messaging and sequencing.
Develop A/B testing frameworks to drive continuous improvement of cadence effectiveness.
Integrations & Automations
Manage and maintain integrations between SalesLoft and adjacent sales systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, enrichment tools, and data platforms).
Build, monitor, and troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure reliable data flow and process execution across the sales tech stack.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations and IT to scope, implement, and QA integration enhancements.
Document integration architecture and maintain a system-of-record for automation logic and dependencies.
Optimization & Process Improvement
Proactively identify inefficiencies in current platform configurations and propose solutions to improve rep productivity and program outcomes.
Stay current on SalesLoft product updates and evaluate new features for adoption potential.
Partner with Sales and Commercial Programs teams to translate business requirements into platform-level solutions.
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for SalesLoft users.
Qualifications
Required
2–4 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or sales technology administration role.
Hands-on SalesLoft experience, including cadence management, reporting, and platform administration.
Proven ability to manage integrations and automations between SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar).
Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards to communicate performance data.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management and platform configuration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce (Admin certification a plus).
Familiarity with integration tools such as Zapier, Workato, or native API-based connectors.
Exposure to sales engagement platforms beyond SalesLoft (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, Groove).
Experience in a commercial programs, demand generation, or revenue marketing context.
Working knowledge of data hygiene best practices and lead/contact management.
