Internship - Commercial Sales Execution - Midwest Area

Summary: BioSpace is a global leader in diabetes care, seeking an intern for their Midwest Area Commercial Execution team. The intern will focus on a defined area of the business, collaborating with senior leadership to evaluate key initiatives and deliver solution-oriented insights. Responsibilities: - Focus on a defined area of the business, such as Field Sales Support, Data Analysis, or Communications - Evaluate the efficiency and impact of key initiatives across the Area - Collaborate closely with senior leadership, people leaders, and other key stakeholders - Leverage tools such as Tellius and CONNEX to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities - Deliver solution-oriented insights and a practical action plan presented to the Area Commercial Lead and the Director of Commercial Execution for the assigned focus area Required Qualifications: - Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than April 2026) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor's degree - Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher - Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail - Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task - Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers - Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn - Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc - At this time, Novo Nordisk is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future would require sponsorship for employment visa status Preferred Qualifications: - A completed or in progress undergraduate degree in Business, Economics or a related discipline preferred Required Skills: Data Analysis, Project Management Important Skills: Microsoft Office
