Filter Technician- Syracuse

Summary: BFC Solutions is the largest HVAC preventive maintenance company in the nation, and they are seeking a Filter Technician to service a territory independently. The role involves replacing air filters and performing basic HVAC maintenance primarily for retail and commercial customers. Responsibilities: - Replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers Required Qualifications: - Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle - Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record (subject to monthly review) - Must live within 40 miles of the designated region - Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders - Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements - Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions - Proven success working independently with remote supervision - Must be willing and able to work overtime as required - Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds - Overnight travel may be required during peak times Preferred Qualifications: - Facility and/or grounds maintenance - Construction - HVAC - Cable installation - Route driving - Roofing Required Skills: HVAC Important Skills: Facility maintenance, Construction, Route driving Nice-to-Have Skills: Working independently Benefits: Health insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, 8 paid holidays, Paid time off, Multiple opportunities for career advancement
