Job Description
Summary: Best Buy Canada is seeking a remote technical support representative to join their Geek Squad team. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancing technology products for clients via phone and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Performing product repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, installations, and other services using remote desktop software
- Providing tutorials to clients on the proper use of their products
- Identifying and recommending solutions based on customers’ needs
- Completing training to continuously improve the client experience
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of help desk or technical call centre experience
- Experience in troubleshooting and/or repairing devices
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- Verbal and written proficiency in English
- Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
Required Skills: Technical support experience, Troubleshooting devices
