Position: Children's Ministry Program Coordinator
Location: Folsom Campus
Reports to: Kids Ministry Director
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Job Status: Part-time
The Children’s Ministry Program (CMP) Coordinator assists with mid-week and special events activities needing Kids ministry support. The CMP Coordinator will be responsible for encouraging and motivating children to have a growing commitment and connection to Jesus Christ.
General Responsibilities
- Be physically present during all mid-week on-campus programs and events requiring support from the Children's Ministry department or ensure that there is appropriate coverage from another Bayside staff member.
- Work with the Kids Ministry Director to offer creative, fun, and age-appropriate program options for mid-week services and special events where Children's Ministry Provided (CMP) is offered.
- Assist with the recruitment, development, and scheduling of volunteers as needed to support mid-week and special event services.
- Ensure classrooms are appropriately reserved and resourced.
- Organize and prepare curriculum for mid-week services and special events.
- Partner with Ministry Leads (i.e. Rooted Groups, The Well, Small Groups, Marriage/Family, or other groups that request CMP) to ensure CMP needs are being provided as needed.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- Availability to be present on the Kids team at least two Sundays per month during two of the morning services.
- Other duties as assigned by the Kids Director.

Time Commitment
- Part-time, non-exempt, up to 12 hours per week
- Must be available Monday evenings, Thursday mornings, and two Sundays per month.
