Job Description
Summary: Bathing Brands is a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments. They are seeking a Sauna & Steam Customer Support Specialist to support residential and commercial clients by troubleshooting sauna and steam equipment and guiding customers through practical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone and email support to homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients
- Troubleshoot sauna and steam equipment, installation conditions, and site‑specific challenges
- Guide customers step‑by‑step through practical, real‑world solutions
- Learn how our products are wired, assembled, plumbed, and installed
- Collaborate with internal technical experts to resolve complex issues
- Help maintain Bathing Brands’ strong reputation for service and technical expertise
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on problem solver with real-world mechanical or construction-related experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on technical experience
- Ability to learn and understand physical systems (heat, water, wiring, installation environments)
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers for documentation and communication (Microsoft Office)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or interest in carpentry
- Experience or interest in plumbing
- Experience or interest in electrical work
- Experience or interest in HVAC
- Experience or interest in general construction
- Experience or interest in equipment repair or installation
- Experience or interest in technical field service
