Overview

True North Kitchen & Bath is hiring In-Home Sales Representatives to meet with pre-qualified leads and sell bath remodeling solutions. This is a high-income outside sales role with no cold calling and uncapped commission potential.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations
• Present bath remodeling solutions using an iPad
• Design and quote customized projects
• Close sales on the spot
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience

What We’re Looking For

• In-home sales or outside sales experience preferred
• Home improvement or remodeling sales is a plus
• Strong closing and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Reliable transportation required
