About the Role

This is a high-impact, in-home sales position where you will meet directly with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our remodeling solutions.

Using our proven sales system, technology, and product line, you will design custom bath solutions, present pricing, and close deals on the spot.

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-qualified, company-provided appointments
• Conduct professional in-home presentations using an iPad
• Design custom bath solutions with proprietary software
• Educate homeowners and recommend the best products
• Close deals during the appointment
• Participate in training to continuously improve performance

What We’re Looking For

• Strong closing skills and confidence in a one-on-one sales environment
• In-home sales or home improvement experience preferred
• Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage your schedule and pipeline independently
• Reliable transportation and availability to work locally

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000 – $300,000+ annual earning potential (uncapped)
