Clothing Processing Outfitter - Full Time

Summary: Bass Pro Shops is opening a new store in Loveland and is seeking a Clothing Processing Outfitter. The role involves processing apparel merchandise shipments, stocking items on the sales floor, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities: - Effectively processes all apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to all Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards, and utilizing the inventory management system - Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor as required per the Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing the inventory management system - Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote effective backroom organization and replenishment - Unloads trucks as needed - Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise - Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies - Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible - Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests - ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices & Point of Sale register system - Ability to process and organize information to include plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards - Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor - Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers - Regularly walks, stands, and does computer work - Occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs - Ability to use ladders and/or lifts as needed Preferred Qualifications: - High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Skills: Inventory Management System, System Two, RF/Gizmo Devices, Point of Sale Register System, Plan-o-grams, Visual Merchandising Standards, Replenishment Reporting, Customer Service Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Voluntary benefits, 401k Retirement Savings, Paid holidays, Paid vacation, Paid sick time, Bass Pro Cares Fund, And more!
