Reporting to the Senior Manager, Everyday Banking Marketing, the Marketing Manager, Branch Growth is accountable for championing Marketing of Chequing and Savings accounts throughout our national branch network to drive profitable customer growth.
The successful candidate will monitor & develop branch channel performance analytics to recommend, develop, and execute Marketing strategies that profitably grow business, market share, other applicable metrics for the channel. This role will build and manage relationships with internal and external partners that are key to the sales and distribution of products within our branch network, including serving as the key Marketing contact for a team of 4 Regional Program Managers across Canada.
This role additionally maintains an understanding of branch channel business objectives to develop strategic and tactical plans, integrate product channel plans across assigned portfolios, maximize opportunities, and minimize risks. They will work across BMO to develop solutions that optimize marketing channel performance and advance the customer experience.
Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Leverages channel analytics to manage and optimize channel solutions.
Works with stakeholders to ensure quality and timeliness of strategic implementations.
Executes work within the channel in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:
Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in Retail Marketing is an asset.
Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Working Conditions
This position is offered in a hybrid working model, with a minimum of three days per week in office required. The job may require limited off-hours work and performance of work under challenging deadlines. The successful candidate must be located in the Greater Toronto Area.
Salary:
$56,000.00 - $103,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
