Partner with the best TheLead Engineer– Subsea Distribution Systemsis responsible fordesign and development of products for the subsea oil fields distribution systems.As a Lead Engineer, Subsea Distribution Systems, you willbe responsible for: Establishing technical requirements based on customer functional specifications and project needs in compliance with international codes and standards. Leading and contributingondesign development activities such as CAD modelling anddocumentscreation ensuring alignment with requirements and schedule. Working cross functionally with other teams and departments to align interfaces, design, activities, and deliverables. Be accountable for cost out activities, budgetmonitoringand engineeringplans progress. Managing engineering suppliersfromatechnical standpoint, providingguidanceand granting compliancewithapplicable technical and contractual requirements. Providing engineering support to program management andany otherstakeholders. Supporting the sourcing team through procurement,manufacturingandtestof designed products. Providingconsultancy advice to the project bid team. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have aBachelororMaster degree in Mechanical Engineeringor equivalent. Bean expert in 3D CAD modelling. Have Subsea equipment knowledge and relevant design methodologies (desired). Have a robust mechanical design background with proven experience in a similar role. Be proactive and willing to take ownership and responsibility. Have strong oral and written communication skills, fluent in English. Havestrong interpersonal and leadership skills.
