2026 Entry Level Electrical Engineer - RF Specific (Hybrid)

Summary: BAE Systems is an international defense, aerospace, and security company seeking entry-level electrical engineers with RF specific interests to join their ES Defense Hardware Engineering Team. The role involves performing electrical RF engineering work under direct supervision, participating in the Year One program, and engaging in various engineering projects and technologies. Responsibilities: - Performs specific professional technical assignments of an investigatory, design or test nature requiring limited analysis and evaluation, selection and application of basic engineering principles, theories and techniques - Participates in the investigation, development and testing where overall operational, space, functional and similar design requirements have been specified. Designs or selects available designs to meet requirements. Evaluates merits of design with higher skilled engineers.
