Client Services Representative/Order Processor

The Client Services Representative/Order Processor is responsible for managing client communications, processing orders, and supporting daily business operations. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems - Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and general office organization - Research and resolve client issues by utilizing company resources and collaborating with internal teams - Respond to client inquiries promptly via phone, email, and other communication channels - Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment - Support leadership with projects and operational initiatives as needed Required Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of customer service in a fast-paced environment - At least 1 year of experience in data entry or order processing preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred - Strong written and verbal skills, including professional phone and email etiquette - Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines - Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively - Must have reliable transportation to and from work Preferred Qualifications: - At least 1 year of experience in data entry or order processing preferred - Experience with CRM systems preferred Required Skills: Order Processing, Data Entry, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Systems Benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Paid time off, Referral program
