We are looking for a new colleague to join ComplianceTeam in the role of Compliance Officer, having permanent contract. Main responsibilities:
Implement, manage, and adopt an appropriate compliance framework within its perimeter for all non-compliance risks as defined in the Ayvens Code, including in terms of vocational training and culture and behavior issues.
Identify, evaluate, monitor and report identified compliance and reputation risks.
Analyzes the alerts generated as a result of the verification of the counterparty database versus the lists of persons/entities sanctioned by the competent international bodies or on internal monitoring lists.
Analyzes and issues opinions on KYX applications that are at higher risk, as well as sensitive operations for which Ayvens structures are aware of a potential risk of non-compliance with internal regulations.
Provide advice to operational teams within its perimeter on compliance topics and provide views on the risks of non-compliance and reputation related to new products or services in the process of adopting the existing New Products and Services (NPS).
Ensures supervision of the compliance program for its perimeter. In this activity, the Local Compliance Officer can rely, in addition to local teams, on the support of central compliance teams within the Ayvens Group.
Conducts regular assessment of compliance risks (Compass, ABC Risk Assessment); identifies, assesses, and escalates compliance incidents in its area to the hierarchical superior, local and Group committees according to defined governance.
Provides training and supervision for internal policy awareness of ethical values.
Carry out internal level 2 controls on the work carried out by the first line of defense.
Act as a Normative Correspondent within its entity, maintain its relationship with the Ayvens Group Policy Office and publish Ayvens' procedures and policies internally.
To be able to achieve all of this you need to know what we are looking for:
Higher education finalized
Good communication skills; excellent writing skills
Exemplary conduct and integrity
Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance/risk/audit positions
Good knowledge of the activities within the scope
Good numerical abilities
Good MS Office Competence
English - fluent
ACAMS certification is a plus
