Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Insights Analyst I to join our Customer Analytics team. In this role, you will help uncover customer insights, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to initiatives that improve customer experience, retention, and lifetime value. This is an excellent opportunity to build strong analytical skills and gain exposure to cross-functional projects in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Assist in analyzing customer behavior, business performance, and market trends to identify patterns and opportunities
Help create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics and trends
Support cross-functional teams by providing data for strategic initiatives and operational improvements
Assist in translating data into clear, actionable insights and visualizations for team members and stakeholders
Support data quality efforts by working with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure accurate and accessible data
Participate in A/B tests, segmentation analysis, and other data experiments under guidance from senior analysts
Contribute to projects that enhance customer experience and business outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics)
0–2 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role (internships and relevant coursework welcome)
Basic proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
Ability to communicate data findings clearly to non-technical audiences
Collaborative team player with a proactive, self-starter mindset
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Eagerness to learn and grow within the analytics and customer insights space
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM platforms or customer data platforms (CDPs)
Exposure to cloud-based data environments (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery)
Interest in working in a B2B SaaS or Fintech environment
Experience with agile project environments or working alongside product teams
